Il Premio Cartoon Club premia le opere di cortometraggio prodotte da autori professionisti e dagli studi di animazione professionali.
I film selezionati sono valutati da una giuria internazionale che considera diversi aspetti come l’originalità, la qualità tecnica e l’impatto narrativo.
