FAIR PLAY – Sports in Comics and Animation
Rimini Cartoon Club explores the relationship between sports and the world of comics and animation through a rich, immersive exhibition. “Fair Play” highlights how physical effort, team spirit, challenges, and victories have inspired artists and storytellers across generations.
From iconic manga and anime like Captain Tsubasa to superheroes who embody strength and resilience, this exhibition celebrates the many ways in which sports have been portrayed in graphic narratives, both Eastern and Western. Original drawings, vintage comic books, animation stills, and themed installations offer visitors a dynamic journey through sweat, goals, and glory-on paper and on screen.
