The relationship between Milo Manara, one of Italy’s most celebrated comic artists and illustrators, and Federico Fellini, the great director from Rimini, is explored in an exhibition presented by Cartoon Club and organized in collaboration with Comicon.
Between the two artists, there was not only a long-standing personal friendship, but also a creative partnership that gave life to painted movie posters by Manara, two comic stories, and a variety of projects—including illustrations for cruise ships dedicated to the director.
It’s a lesser-known side of Manara’s career, one that ties the author of Cartoon Club’s 2025 poster closely to the city of Rimini.
