Cartoon Club’s mission is to promote the dissemination of animated films, especially short films, the circulation of European films and the contamination between animation, comics and games through the creation of new and exclusive events.
The Festival supports young filmmakers and organizes numerous educational and dissemination activities, especially among younger generations and in order to attract different audiences.
Another objective is to study the communicative languages that characterize the world of animated films, comics and games, with the related changes, evolutions and social repercussions.
It encourages relationships between national and international NETWORKS (Asifa, CIFEJ, ECFA) and other festivals, in order to promote know-how, good practices and the circulation of film programs. The aim is to make the Festival a point of reference not only for the public, but also for professionals, increasing the opportunities for professional growth.
