Pixar Animation Studios and Walt Disney Pictures return to the big screen with Inside Out 2, the long-awaited follow-up to 2015’s Inside Out.
The film continues to tell the story of Riley, who is now raised to start high school and has to deal with a new range of emotions. So far, Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear, and Disgust have successfully handled Riley’s feelings, but the arrival of Anxiety, Envy, Embarrassment, and Ennui upsets the existing balance.
These new emotions combine with Riley’s inner turmoil, creating situations that are both comedic and profound, reflecting the challenges of growing up.
