Descrizione: Miitsu (Gaia Ballerio) was born in Varese on November 23, 2000. After graduating from the Don Milani Art High School in Venegono Inferiore (VA), she completed her studies at the Libera Accademia d’Arte Novalia in Alba (CN), graduating with highest honors (110 cum laude) in the Painting and Illustration department. She then began working between comic conventions and social media. Currently, she is an illustrator and content creator, with a TikTok profile boasting over 78,000 followers. She also runs the Etsy shop “MiitsuJuice,” which, since its launch on September 18, 2023, has received over 500 orders worldwide. Her work mainly focuses on creating short self-contained comics and producing and selling merchandise featuring her original characters (pictured below). She primarily uses digital techniques and watercolor.
