For short films made by children in animation film workshops held in elementary and middle schools.
The Cartoon Junior Award includes films made by children in schools, summer camps, workshops specifically created for the youngest artists.
It is fascinating for them to discover the magic of animation techniques, and the results are often surprising if we think about the age of their authors.
