“Two children, neighbors, know each other, grow up, fall in love: a beautiful story of love for each other but above all for themselves. The debut short film by director Carmen Córdoba González addresses with tactfulness the theme of eating disorders and the perseverance it takes to stay close to those affected. The short succeeds in portraying the emotional suffering of the protagonist escaping conventional stereotypes. An incredibly mature work and, at the same time, pleasantly fresh.”

“The war – the bombing of Trento in 1943, seen from the perspective of a child – is the pretext to celebrate the imagination and hope that the little ones cultivate even in the most difficult circumstances. And reading the credits, the incredible international artistic team that took part in the project really caught our eyes: 350 artists from more than 35 countries who wanted to share that imagination and that hope. Animated art still has, and will always have, the ability to see the world through the eyes of children.”
