Cosplay is a contraction of the English words “costume” and “play”, and indicates a hobby, was born in Japan and has spread later in the rest of the world, that is to dress up as characters from manga, anime, video games, TV series, movies, or also musical groups: with the particularity that the costumes are entirely handmade by people who wear them. The rallies of cosplayers are now a “must” at the most important events of comics and cartoons!
Back again for 2015 the Cosplay Convention, organized by Egisto Quinti Seriacopi with the collaboration of the BHC of Ramona “Lady Seth” Lambusta and Marco “Stab” Veronese, both highly experienced cosplayers.
Cosmortem is the first, real, horror attraction created and realized to be set up at events like Comics Fairs, Entertainment Events, Festivals and Videogames launches.
Conceived by real experts of the Amusement Park field, Cosmortem is a most exciting ride that will give the audience the opportunity to solve a real spy story and find out the author of some mysterious crimes in the world of Cosplay.
A THEME PARK THRILL
Haunted Houses have become a typical theme of the popular entertainment sets that generally belong to Amusement Parks, Theme Parks or temporary events like playgrounds; these attractions can either be open the whole year through or just on special occasions in order to entertain. Typical of the set are spider-webs, skeletons or other paraphernalia traditionally associated to haunted houses..
The audience is lead through a set course and exposed to terrifying images and sounds. Some volunteers or puppets, hidden inside the house, appear all of a sudden frightening the audience.
Cosmortem is an original Haunted House, built in a unique 12 mt. x 6 mt marquee, completely fireproof, conceived to be easily moved and transported to be set up in indoor areas.
After being ticketed, participants will be divided into groups of 6 people each, in order to join the ride in shifts. The adventure lasts 4 minutes, the groups can access every two minutes according to the turnout.
The environment is completely dark, the guests will be provided with flashlights.
Visitors access through a corridor that works as a preshow. At the end of the passageway, a video is broadcast, in the style of a US newscast, telling the storyline of the attraction and introducing into the house of the maniac…
